これが 2025 年に向けた最後の緩和ケア最新情報です。 2025 年を迎える前に、クリスマス休暇を利用して 活力を取り戻し、自分自身をケアする時間を取ることを願っています。 患者をケアするためには、まず自分自身をケアする必要があることを忘れないでください！
例年通り、この 1 年間を振り返り、次の 1 年間の個人的・仕事上の目標を設定する時間を見つけることを お勧めします。 自分自身のセルフケアに焦点を当てた目標を持つことを忘れないでください。
今月は、患者中心のケアの重要性についての引用を紹介したい。

Julie’s Update: December 2024 (原文） -
This is our last palliative care update for 2025. I hope that you find time over the Christmas break to reenergise and take time out to care for yourself before we reach 2025. Remember to be able to care for our patients, we need to care for ourselves first!
As in previous years I would encourage you to find time to reflect on your last 12 months and set personal and professional goals for the next 12 months. Remember to ensure you have a goal focussed on your own self-care as we know this is very important to sustain us personally and professionally.
This month I would like to leave you with a quotation on the importance of patient centred care.

Over the years we have spoken about the importance of patient centred care for all patients. Patient centred care is not a new topic. Dr William Osler qualified as a Doctor in 1872, which is 152 years ago, or over one and half centuries ago. My challenge to all of us is to consider how we can individually improve this aspect of our care in 2025 for all patients at all times.
