COVID の裏側で、今年は私たちの多くにとって、仕事上でも個人的にも非常に
忙しい年でした。
クリスマス休暇の間、皆さんが休息とリフレッシュの時間を確保できることを
心から願っています。もし、私たちが自分自身をケアする時間を見付けられな
ければ、患者さんに提供するケアに影響を及ぼすことになります。
私が最近考えていることを読んで、あなたの臨床にどのように役立つかを考え
てくださりありがとうございます。
看護の仕事では、経験を分かち合い、すべての患者さんに提供するケアを向上
させるために、私たち全員が生涯をかけて教育や改善に取り組むことが好ましいです。
私たちの２つの国は、医療制度が異なるかもしれませんが、患者さん中心の
ホリスティックなケア（総合的なケア）を提供することは、私たち全員に
共通することです。
AIPEACS（JulieさんとTimさんが経営する会社）を代表して、
メリークリスマスと新年のご挨拶を申し上げます。

Julie’s Update: December 2023 (原文）
On the back of COVID, this year has continued to be a very busy year for most of us professionally and personally.
I sincerely hope that you are able to find some time to rest and refresh over the Christmas break. Reminder if we do not find time to care for ourselves this will impact on the care we provide to our patients.
I would like to thank you all for taking the effort to read my updates and ponder how they may be useful to your clinical practice.
In nursing, I love the sharing of experiences and the lifelong commitment we all have to education and improving the care we provide to all our patients.
Our two countries may have different health care systems, but providing holistic unique patient centered care to our patients is a common thread for us all.
On behalf of APEACS I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a safe New Year.
